Sabrina Barbour has been in the field of employment and housing case management for 5+ years. In this capacity she has had the pleasure of working under several programs, namely, the Center for Creative Nonviolence Employment and Housing Supportive Service Program, the Naylor Road Family Shelter, and the Prince George’s House Emergency and Transitional Men’s Shelter. Her work has allowed her the opportunity to assist individuals and families experiencing short and long-term bouts of homelessness, to apply for local and federally supported aid, become gainfully employed, and find permanent and stable housing. Earl has been in the social work field for 7 years working two years as a Fatherhood Program Coordinator and has spent five years working with the homeless population by assisting, promoting, and empowering men to be more self-sufficient. In his current role, he works to strengthen the family bond bridging the gap between homeless residents and their loved ones. Earl displays dedication, leadership, and dependability in his career and in his community. Dr. Wanda Fisher

Dr. Wanda Fisher

Acting Program Director for the Prince George’s House

Ms. Fisher has served in various capacities with the homeless population for over 25 years advocating for increased resources and opportunities for the homeless population. Ms. Fisher is the Program Director at JHP’s Prince George’s House Men’s Shelter. As the Program Director, she oversees the programs’s daily operations of its various program. Ms. Fisher has a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees in Communications, Organizational Development, and Human Resources. She is also an entrepreneur who owns her own business and assists other small business owners with the day-to-day logistical challenges.
